Hey guys, Sorry it's been so long. I have been trying to strengthen my fundamentals so I have been reading and watching DVD's on oil painting and color. This is my first finished oil painting piece ever (and I'm not counting the oil "sketches" on my site) and its been a great learning experience. Included as well is the underpainting, or "drawing". I am working on more as we speak. I hope you like it and if you don't, constructive crits are welcome! Thanks.

Thanks a lot guys. Not sure who the model is. A friend took the picture of a model at a life painting class.
Very beautiful picture. It's very dramatic and I love how the color pops.
